Camp Booking Information
Policy:
- All booking information has been filled in as required and is correct to your fullest knowledge.
- Cancellations: All cancellations must be communicated and approved by the Camp Bookings Administrator through email ([email protected]). Cancellations made before twenty-eight (28) calendar days before the beginning of your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the deposit. Cancellations made fourteen (14) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the full amount.
- Booking Changes: Changes to the date(s) or sites currently booked must be communicated and approved by the Camp Bookings Administrator through email ([email protected]). Changes made before twenty-eight (28) calendar days before the beginning of your booking are free. Changes made twenty-eight (28) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the deposit. Changes made fourteen (14) calendar days or less before the beginning of your booking are charged the full amount.
- Abide by Scouts Canada's bylaws, policies and procedures.
- Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time without compensation for any reason.
